The VisionSwitch32 uses the very latest technology to provide a complete 32 x 32 video or audio cross point switch on a single PCI plug-in card. The card can be installed in any standard PC that has a free PCI slot. VisionSwitch32 is supplied with an easy to use Windows application program for switch programming. A special version of VisionSwitch32 is also available for integration with the Datapath iH4-PRO/DIG multiscreen graphics cards. This version expands the number of video inputs to the iH4 from 4 inputs as standard to 32 inputs.

VisionSwitch32 Models

The Datapath VisionSwitch32 is available in two models:

VisionSwitch32-H. Used in conjunction with the Datapath iH4-PRO and iH4-DIG cards.

VisionSwitch32-SA. Used as a stand alone general purose video switch or it can be used in conjunction with the Datapath Mosaic card.

Connecting with the Mosaic Card

You can also use the VisionSwitch32-SA with the Mosaic card to increase the number of video inputs and enable each Mosaic window to display any of the inputs on a video wall.

Connect the VisionSwitch32-SA outputs to thMosaic Inputs using BNC-cables and the BNC to BNC adapter.

Cables

VisionSwitch32-H

VisionSwitch32-H is supplied with two multi-way splitter cables for connecting video inputs and a VS32RC-set (see Cables) ribbon cables for internal connection to the iH4 cards. The diagram bellow shows how the VisionSwitch32-H is connected to 8 x iH4-PRO cards:

VisionSwitch32-SA

VisionSwitch32-SA is supplied with 4 multi-way splitter cables for connecting video inputs and outputs. Each cable comprises of a 26way D plug connected to 16 BNC sockets via individual co-ax cables. (Cable length is 600mm)

The iH driver detects the presence of the VisionSwitch32-H and automatically controls the video switch, expanding the input capabilities for each video overlay from 4 inputs, as standard, to 32.
