For systems requiring multiple PCI slots, the Express 16 kit provides a 16 slot expansion option for your PC motherboard.

All 16 slots on the Express 16 backplane are connected to an on board switched fabric providing a total of 20Gb/s bandwidth, effectively providing each of the 16 PCI slots its own dedicated PCI bus.

Parts Description:

Express 16 back plane		16 slot PCI back plane providing 8 x 64bit x 66Mhz PCI-X slots and 8 x 32bit x 66Mhz PCI slots.
Exlink Card		The Exlink card is a back plane receiver card installed into the PCI express slot located on the Express 16 back plane.  It is connected to the Hlink card in the host PC using the Excable.
Hlink Card		The Hlink card is a host link PCI express adapter which is installed on the host machines motherboard in either a x16, x8 or x4 PCI express slot. Recommended host Motherboard/host PC: Supermicro X7DVA- 8 or the Datapath IPC1-PRO.
Excable		The Excable is a 0.75M expansion cable used to connect the Express 16 back plane to the host machine via the Exlink and Hlink cards.
Dlink Card (Accessory)		The Dlink card is used to connect one Express 16 backplane to another enabling multiple back planes to be connected to a host machine. See illustration below.   The Dlink card is supplied with 2 x ribbon cables for connection to the Exlink card.
