You may be asked by our support staff to export and forward a Registry Key to assist in solving problems you may encounter.

The Registry Keys provide information and settings for all the hardware contained in your machine.

To export the Registry Key:

• Open the run dialog by clicking on the Start button and select Run.
  
  
• Type regedit in the Open:: edit box and click on OK, the following Registry Editor window is opened:

 

 

• Our support staff will forward to you the specific path of the registry key they require.  Once you have located the the registry key, right click over the folder and select Export, as shown below:

 

• Name the Registry Key and save it to your desktop.
  
  
• Zip up the exported .reg file and email to our support staff.
