How to Export the Application Event Log

You may be asked by a member of our support staff to forward an Application Event Log. To carry out this function follow these few simple steps:

Using the mouse, right click on My Computer and the following menu is displayed:

Select Manage from the menu to display the Computer Management dialog.

Expand the System Tools branch.
Expand the Event Viewer branch.
Right click your mouse over Application and select Save Log File As.. from the menu.
Save the file and forward it to Datapath support staff.
