To obtain the System Information and sent it to our support staff, follow these simple steps:
- Click on the Start button at the bottom left hand side of the screen
- Select All Programs
- Select Accessories/ System Tools/ System Information, and the following dialog will appear:
- From the File menu select Export and save the text file which can then be attached to an email and forwarded to the support staff
