Procedures / How to Export the Application Event Log

You may be asked by a member of our support staff to forward an Application Event Log. To carry out this function follow these few simple steps:

  • Using the mouse, right click on My Computer and the following menu is displayed:

  • Select Manage from the menu to display the Computer Management dialog

  • Expand the System Tools
  • Expand the Event Viewer branch
  • Right click your mouse over the Application and select Save Log File As. from the menu
  • Save the file and forward it to the Datapath support staff
